Dr. Heidt is NOT currently accepting new clients. If you are a returning client, find an available time that works for you and book in.

If you are a returning client and are hoping to book in on a day or time that isn’t available, please add yourself to the wait/cancellation list. There is often opportunity to get in much, much sooner than the next available spot.

As of March 6, 2023, the British Columbia Psychological Association (BCPA) updated the market rate for individual psychotherapy with a psychologist to $235 per hour. Effective Thursday, August 1, 2024 Dr. Heidt’s rate changed to reflect the BCPA rate change. Please note that the cancellation policy remains the same, but the amount reflects the new hourly rate. You will be responsible for amounts not covered by your insurance company or third-party payers (e.g., ICBC, VAC/Medavie).

*PLEASE NOTE - I will be away starting the afternoon of April 17, 2025 and will return May 5, 2025. Requests for paperwork will be addressed when I am back in the office in May. I will be checking my email sporadically while I am away. I will attempt to respond to you as soon as I can. I may not respond until I am back in the office.

If you are wanting to cancel or reschedule an appointment that is more than 48 hours away, please go onto your Jane account to cancel/reschedule. As per the cancellation policy, if you are cancelling/rescheduling an appointment that is between 24 and 48 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged a half-session fee, and if it is within 24 hours of your appointment time you will be charged a full-session fee.
